Elena is a partner and co-founder of STARKS. She is specialised in the various fields of national and international commercial law, company law and privacy law.

She assists companies both on the Belgian market and internationally, with particular expertise in the field of international trade transactions with Eastern Europe.

Elena is of Russian origin and grew up in Moldova. After studying Germanic and Romanic languages, she came to Belgium at the age of 23 to study Law. From her multicultural background, Elena knows very well how to do business in an international context. Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has increasingly specialised in assisting companies in realising their growth and export ambitions. Thanks to her additional training as an export manager, Elena can help you with the complete organisation and implementation of your export and import activities.
